It starts with a conversation. Dalton will come to your property, walk your outdoor space with you, and take the time to truly understand what you’re envisioning. He’s not just taking notes — he’s building a relationship. He wants to understand how you live, how you use your yard, and what your dream space looks and feels like. Don’t be surprised if your wish list grows during this visit.
3D Design Presentation
Once we understand your vision, Dylan gets to work in Structure Studios — our professional 3D design software. He’ll create a detailed, realistic before-and-after rendering of your outdoor space so you can see exactly what you’re getting before anything is built. This is often clients’ favorite part of the process.
Proposal & Agreement
You’ll receive a detailed, itemized proposal that clearly outlines the scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing. We believe in transparency — there are no hidden fees, no vague line items, no surprises.
Project Kick-Off
Once you’re ready to move forward, we schedule your project, order materials, and get everything lined up for a smooth start.
Build Phase
Our team goes to work — and you stay in the loop. We communicate throughout the build, give you regular updates on progress, and flag any decisions that need your input along the way.
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
When the project is complete, we walk every inch of it with you. We want you to be 100% thrilled — and we won’t consider a project done until you are. Plant installations come with a 1-year warranty, and we’re always available for questions after the job is finished.
