Dalton leads the vision, client experience, and project direction behind James Signature Outdoors. He is the one who meets with clients, listens carefully to their goals, and helps shape a plan that feels both exciting and realistic. His approach is personal, detail-oriented, and rooted in a strong commitment to quality.
More than anything, Dalton is focused on building a company that reflects the family’s values through thoughtful design, strong communication, and a higher standard of execution. He takes pride in helping clients see what a space can become and guiding that vision through to a finished result.
Dylan, Lead Designer
Dylan brings 10 years of design experience and a serious talent for visual storytelling. Using Structure Studios software, he creates stunning 3D before-and-after renderings of your outdoor space so you can see exactly what you’re getting before construction begins. No guessing, no surprises — just a clear, exciting picture of your future backyard. Dylan’s designs have a way of making clients say, “Can we add one more thing?”
Aaron, Landscape Design & Field Operations Lead
Aaron has spent over 20 years mastering the art and science of landscaping in North Texas. He knows the soil, the climate, the plants that thrive here — and how to put them together in ways that are both beautiful and built to last. With our family’s deep nursery roots behind him, Aaron brings a level of plant knowledge that most landscape crews simply can’t match.
Michael, Construction Lead
Michael has 20+ years in construction and a reputation for doing things right the first time. Whether it’s framing a pergola, pouring a custom patio, or overseeing a complex outdoor kitchen build, Michael is the steady hand that keeps every project on schedule, on budget, and on point.
